Transcript for "SS&C Blue Prism Roadmap Intelligent Automation": Hello, everyone. Welcome to SS and C Blue Prism's intelligent automation roadmap. My name is Omid Hosseini Tabar, and I'm part of the product leadership team. Over the past few weeks, my colleagues and I have worked really hard to bring our latest version of the roadmap, focusing on building a strong future for our organizations, and we can't wait to share the details with you. Before we begin, let's go through some housekeeping items. A recording of this event will be made available to everyone who registered for these webinars. You can resize and move around the widgets on your screen to your preference and use reactions to send live feedback on the content being shared. So if you like what you see, let us know. If you have any questions at any point during the presentation, you can use the q and a box on the screen to submit your questions. We have a team of product managers who are working behind the scenes to answer your questions, and if we didn't have the time to answer your question, we will follow-up privately. During this road map presentation, you will hear our planned intentions and strategy and product enhancements, and the information shared is confidential and subject to change. To start this session, I will be handing over to Jeremy Rossi, SS and C's Global Chief Information Officer, to walk us through the foundational and longer term strategy. Over to you, Jeremy. Thank you for that introduction, and hello, everyone. We all have seen the LinkedIn posts, the emails and the amazing things people are doing. Everyone is discussing fully automated argentic outcomes, which is not reflected in the true reality we face today. This reminds me of self driving cars. Ten years ago, Tesla claimed no one would be driving in five years. That time has come and gone. The goal still has not changed. We want and expect fully autonomous cars. A bright person somewhere added levels. Levels allowed us to go buy a car and know what we're getting and the clear expectations, but ensuring we never forgot what the end state was. Level five still has fully automated self driving cars, And we think at SS and Z, it's time to add levels to the conversation around agentic outcomes. We need clarity on what to expect now, but never forget the forgetting the overall goal. Getting there is a journey, a process. And in the last few years, we have seen capabilities accelerate dramatically. Large language models have made remarkable strides, and we haven't been we haven't just been watching from the sidelines. We're excited to bring these achievements to you in ways that are trusted, enterprise ready and focused on delivering real business value. As you progress on this journey, governance and control become increasingly vital. The fewer human hands directly involved, the more robust controls will need to be because these systems operate at an unprecedented scale and speed. This demands strong audit capabilities to keep everything traceable, reviewable, and continuously improving. By using these clear levels, we can have honest conversations about what's achievable today while keeping our eyes on that fully automated future where we're all that we're all working towards. Now the tools we use fit into the into distinct categories. If you look at the spectrum, it runs from deterministic to on the left to nondeterministic on the right. Deterministic technologies like APIs and browsers browser automations give us predictable, rules based outcomes every time. On the other end, nondeterministic technologies like large language models introduce more variability and intelligence into the process. Understanding the spectrums helps us apply the right tool for each specific business challenge. Across the spectrum, we need to bridge the gap with strong governance and effective controls. This becomes especially critical as organizations move towards a nondeterministic technologies. Without proper guardrails, these powerful tools introduce uncertainty. That what's needed are robust governance based frameworks that maintain control while providing the ability to document outcomes and trace exactly how decisions are reached. This transparency isn't just good practice. It's essential for business confidence. That is why we are expected we're excited to talk about Project Tarbos and all the capabilities it brings to bear later in our presentation. Our vision sensors on AI agents as an integration point for all of these technologies. But for them to be trusted and used successfully, they require robust governance and controls. This is precisely why our orchestration layer comes in, allowing these diverse technologies to work together seamlessly while maintaining the oversight that enterprises demand. Blue Prism Enterprise and Blue Prism Chorus remain core parts of our product portfolio with no plans to be phased out. With more than 2,000 digital workers deployed in our environment today and our critical processes orchestrated on Chorus, we will continue to invest in the foreseeable future. We won't be requiring a migration to NextGen or the move to the cloud. We respect your preference and meet you where you are on your automation journey. And on that note, we're excited to be releasing version 7.5 later this year. While we meet you where you are, we're also bringing more NextGen features to our clients through our Powered by NextGen model. We believe NextGen will be the best platform for the future, but we're committed to enabling selective features through a hybrid approach. This gives you access to the latest achievements, including AI powered capabilities to drive smarter, more effective workflows, all while being on Blue Prism Enterprise 7.4 and beyond. We will continue to invest. We offer truly flexible deployment options that adapt to the needs, whether that's on prem, hosted cloud, hybrid cloud, fully managed platform or a fully managed service. This flexibility is something that we're proud because it's generally unique in the market. We understand that different organizations have different needs, and our approach ensures that you can deploy your solutions in whatever way works best for your business. As I mentioned, we're enabling your journey to Agentik by providing capabilities that facilitate more autonomous work across your enterprise. This involves three main areas of investment. First, we're continually building on the governance platform introduced through Project Torvos, which we'll explore in more detail shortly. We're expanding beyond just LLMs and custom models to connect with AI agents from third parties. Secondly, we're enhancing our industry leading enterprise orchestration capabilities in Chorus as well as integrating our extensive deterministic orchestration capabilities in the NextGen platform. We're starting with automation orchestration for RPN APIs along with human in the loop integration. Looking ahead, we'll incorporate agentic AI to support self orchestrating workflows that operate seamlessly with multi agent systems and people, adapting in real time to changing priorities and needs. Thirdly, we're building on our extensive pool of SS and C enterprise agents that already exist within our business. These include a credit agreement agent, a customer communication agent and many more. These agents will be accessible by both RPA and BPM. We'll expand to areas like email AI and BP Assistant, Though you can you those that you can access through next gen platform, Microsoft Teams, or wherever your work happens. And in the future, we'll introduce a no code agent builder that democratizes process and automation development, making it accessible to nontrivial users in an intuitive and collect collaborative way. Our solutions are structured into a four layer architecture. Let me walk through each layer, starting from the foundation and moving up. Layer one is our secure and flexible infrastructure foundation. This is a true key differentiator for us. We provide a range of deployment options, including SS and C private cloud, public cloud options like AWS, on premise solutions and hybrid configurations. Moving up to layer two, our technology integration layer. This provides access to data from various sources, including large language models, APIs and robot process automation. It also features a marketplace for data and application, including our governance backbone to ensure transparency, audibility and security. Layer three is what we are calling our agentic orchestration layer. This is where processes are powered and managed intelligently, and it includes a no code orchestration capabilities and decision loops to bring to handle exceptions, bringing the right agents to bear to get an outcome. At the highest level is the layer four, our business value layer. This layer is about how value is created and includes human in the loop for inline decision making with integrations with communication platforms like Microsoft Teams. While chat is the best solution we have now, we're always looking for better ways to surface data that results in a faster outcome. This architecture offers value to both existing and new customers in every level. It provides decision and end to end process for automation, performance metrics to improve work, and an intuitive design for faster time to value, all while maintaining exceptional flexibility and scalability. And now let's take you through the details of our robot. Thanks, everybody. Thank you, Jeremy. That was a really good overview of our higher level strategy. We have a series of exciting updates we're bringing to you today across our wide product portfolio, starting with our current generation of products and moving on to the next gen platform. We have an exciting announcement for a new SS and C product launching soon at the end of this presentation, so be sure to stick around to learn more. Blue Prism Enterprise is one of the core automation solutions in SS and C product portfolio, designed to deliver and support large scale automation programs in enterprises. The Blue Prism digital workforce excels in automating repetitive, rule based tasks which can be extended and supplemented with AI, machine learning, and intelligent document processing for a truly impressive set of capabilities spanning use cases across multiple industries. We've been releasing updates to Blue Prism Enterprise regularly and reliably over the past eighteen months. Our latest release, Blue Prism Enterprise 7.4, introduced significant usability performance and extensibility improvements and is being targeted by upgrades by a considerable number of our customers. This latest release will be further strengthened in the coming months with a new patch release and the launch of our automation orchestration capability, which we'll talk about later in the roadmap. But we think it's fair to say this will generate a fair amount of excitement. Looking beyond the next few months, we have scheduled our next release of Blupism Enterprise for the end of the calendar year in the fourth quarter. In this release, we want to continue improvements made to Blupism Enterprise 7.4 in a couple of key areas. Firstly, we want to improve our customers' ability to integrate Blupism Enterprise into complex business process workflows. Today, when you use Blupism Enterprise as part of a complex workflow, there are limited number of ways to track the progress of work as it travels through the automated process. To understand when a particular work queue item or session is completed, it's necessary to either regularly check-in with Blueprints on enterprise to check its status or initiate some sort of external signposting through emails, files and folders, and so on, which can be inefficient, and it can introduce unnecessary delays. In Blue Prism Enterprise 7.5, we want to introduce the ability for external systems to subscribe for updates, for their items of interest allowing for tighter integrations with these systems and more automatic triggering of subsequent processing to improve efficiency. Another area of interest in the next release is browser automation. We are aware that several of our customers are encountering difficulties in using our current browser automation capabilities with the reliance on the use of browser extension, introducing complexity and additional governance in their environments. In our last release, we introduced a new capability to automate locally installed browser based applications without needing an installed extension. In proof of enterprise 7.5, we're looking to add new actions supported with this capability and to extend to enable the use of this, capability with modern browsers as well. Finally, we're going to improve our user interfaces and performance of Blupism Enterprise in our next release to continue to improve the ability of our users to operate at scale, building the success of the improvements introduced in the latest 7.4 release. Let's turn our focus to Hub and Interact. Blue Prism's Hub is a lightweight, flexible framework with an extensive plug in architecture that enables products to seamlessly work alongside Blue Prism Enterprise, and one of these plug ins, Interact, uniquely allows for seamless real time collaboration between digital workers and humans. Over the past year, we have made several improvements in this space. We're thrilled to have introduced the Teams management capability in Interact. This is a highly anticipated feature designed to put you in control of planning, and enable large scale deployment of Interact with Teams management. You can now deploy interact on a grander scale, effortlessly overseeing and managing and redirecting work across your entire enterprise. We also made it much easier to set up an upgrade hub using a streamlined installation configuration process, cutting the overall time to set up to less than an hour. In addition, we've enhanced the authentication server that is shared with Veeam, Woopers and Enterprise, Interact, and other components by introducing support for OpenID Connect, giving you more flexibility and choice in your authentication method. Towards the end of this year, we have scheduled an important release for HARP and Interact. It is specifically targeted at enterprises who are looking to scale the deployments of HARP quickly and easily. The ability of HARP to seamlessly connect to multiple BPE environments from a single console was always one of the most compelling benefits of deployment. Although as an enterprise scaled its usage, it became less cost effective to deploy, especially in highly federated or distributed environments. To address this concern, a new approach is being introduced around the aggregation of users' tightly defined access groups, which can then be assigned to a specific hub environment. These environments can support a mix of plug ins, and with the creation and assigning of specific service accounts with APIs, that can be easily shared. Although only assigned users will have access to predefined environments, for enterprises today with more limited operating budget, this makes the deployment of Hub and Interact an even and more compelling proposition. In the 5.2 release, we are also addressing critical data management issues in Interact. As identified through our customer interactions, the primary concern is the absence of flexible integrated solution for data retention and deletion within Interact. Our initial discussions have underscored the necessity for a solution that supports varying retention policy for different customers' accounts. Additionally, customers may need to be, may need to configure different retention periods for their own clients, and this is the, this is the flexibility that we're going to offer as part of this release. Next up, we have Blucasm Desktop, a secure and scalable solution for attended automation. Desktop enables employees to run centrally developed, validated, and audited processes, giving you the confidence to run attended automation programs that are in full compliance with IT and security standards. We first released desktop in 2022 and have been incrementally enhancing the product alongside Glucism Enterprise version seven, when customers need their employees to have access to execute, automations in real time on their machine running with credentials and application access, desktop is the answer. The next release of Blufism Desktop will be our 1.3 release coming in June. This new release will offer compatibility with Lufus and Enterprise 7.41 as well as introducing a few highly sought after features. With the release of Desktop 1.3, users will now be able to deploy and use 64 bit versions of desktop client application to align with Blue Prism enterprise, giving the desktop digital worker access to more memory and ensuring consistent automation behavior at both design and execution time. This new release also introduced support for the automation of SOAP web services, extending the scope of what services and application automations triggered by desktop users can do. Let's now switch to SSENSE bloopers and CAPTCHA. CAPTCHA plays an important role in our product portfolio, helping you discover new automations faster, gather all the necessary requirements with great level of detail, and kick start your automation by having access to the skeleton of your recorded process and detailed process definition document. Over 2024, we've seen great levels of adoption with the latest version of CAPTCHA by more than 600 customers. We have been working closely with CAPTCHA customers and are excited to share what we're doing next on this product. One of CAPTCHA's most popular use cases is to record and document the nominated processes whilst we provide some level of customization for the process definition documents that are automatically generated. Based on your feedback, we understand that you have more advanced needs for these customized PDD exports. Delivering on that feedback, we are working on enhancing your ability to customize the PDDs by uploading your custom Microsoft Word template. Additionally, we're enabling the documentation export when CAPTCHA's solution designer feature is enabled so that you can easily leverage this to take on the next step of the journey, in designing our automations for production. Today, CAPTCHA uses computer vision capability to detect activities happening over a browser based application. The feedback we received from you indicates that at times there are inaccuracies in the detection of actions performed over these web apps. Additionally, CAPTCHA does not record the application modeling data associated with the actions performed on the web apps. To address these challenges, we are enhancing CAPTCHA's ability to record activities over a browser using web spying. This enhances your ability to record more complex end to end processes and accurately generate documentation as well as process skeletons with corresponding application modeling data. I'd like to also talk to you about our smart vision service that we first introduced as part of Blue Prism enterprise seven three. Smart vision gives your digital workers the ability to consume screens visually just like how we do. Using our modern and proprietary computer vision technology, we enable, to unlock use cases that needed surface automation, which unpaneled levels of flexibility and explainability. As part of Blupism seven four, we brought exciting features to SmartVision Editor to make it even easier to build application models and visually understand how the digital workers will consume elements on the screen in production. We're now seeing great levels of adoption for Smart Vision from our customers, and they share incredible stories around how Smart Vision has unlocked cases, that were virtually impossible to automate before. Today, we receive more than 5,000,000 requests a month from digital workers across the globe. We launched SmartVision via our US based server, and I'm excited to announce that we will be launching our EU instance of of this service in the third quarter of this year, giving you more ease of mind regarding your GDPR compliance needs. We are really excited to introduce our new automation orchestrator service that we'll be releasing in the near future. This new offering allows you to integrate your SS and C Blueprintism enterprise version 7.4 and later with NextGen platform, enabling you to leverage digital worker orchestration capabilities, including automation flows and event based triggers. We have streamlined the onboarding process so that you can integrate with NextGen in a few minutes and enable the Powered by NextGen DataSync at your preferred time interval. Everything comes out of the box ready without requiring you to set up additional infrastructure. This integration allows you to enjoy the benefits of new features without the need to continuously update on your on premise installations. Let's talk a little bit on how this integration works. We only synchronize non sensitive data, including metadata of your processes and volume of pending items in your queues. The process definitions and work queue items remain completely on your premises. As part of the setup, you will also enable your digital workers to become hybrid. This means you can now orchestrate your digital workers via BPE and NextGen. Using gRPC communication, the hybrid digital workers share their high level status, availability, and session information with NextGen. Your digital workers are always the initiator of the request to ensure you don't have any incoming requests from NextGen into your firewall, and the detailed session logs remains completely on your premises. Available from June 2025, Automation Orchestrator solves several key challenges that you might be encountering today. Automation flows leverage autonomous triggers, including time, API, and volume of pending items in your queues to start the flow of your automations. This means that you can be much more reactive, to events happening internally or externally via via your systems. You no longer need to build time buffers between scheduled activities as the digital workers queuing system allows the digital worker to pick up their next activity as soon as they become available. You can also connect and manage multiple version seven environments alongside managing multiple next gen environments all under the same roof, helping with complex federated deployment models as well as your potential migration to next gen when you are ready to do so. Stay tuned on the next set of enhancements planned in the control center space on next gen, which will be made available to Blue Prism enterprise customers as well. To learn more about how you can leverage this offering and see more detailed demo, be sure to contact your sales representative. Next up, we have Blue Prism Cloud, our fully integrated SaaS delivered intelligent automation platform that provides enterprises with access to a pool of intelligent Bluprism digital workers straight from the cloud. All components are hosted and managed, including infrastructure, maintenance, upgrades, and more, leaving you to automate and deliver the value your business needs. Recent updates to Blue Prism Cloud include the deployment of Blue Prism Enterprise seven three to all supported platforms and the launch of VPC 24 dot one, which provides users the latest version of Blue Prism Hub and its plugins in our fully hosted platforms. In June, we'll continue to enhance our Blue Prism Cloud products by offering our upcoming Blue Prism enterprise release version 7.4.1 onto customer platforms. Blue Prism enterprise 7.4 has received massive acclaim for usability enhancements to Design Studio and improvements to application modeling, which we will, which we want to ensure our Blue Prism Cloud customers are able to benefit from as well. Version 7.4 is also the entry point for customers to leverage the previously mentioned automation orchestrator, which enhances the value of this release even further. We now will shift our focus on the next gen platform where we demonstrate our upcoming plans for the platform and its applications. SS and C Blupusm Next Generation or Next Gen is a cloud native platform that provides access to intelligent automation capabilities delivered in a way that suits your business the best. With NextGen, organizations can seamlessly integrate automation into their workflows, leveraging simple hybrid cloud deployment model to benefit from continuously improving and expanding platform that scales to their needs whilst keeping their work securely handled within their own firewall. With NextGen, you have access to the best of both worlds of on premise and cloud. And as the time goes by, you will see the convergence of all of our capabilities in this space. Over the last year, we have onboarded several customers across the globe on NextGen, and we have hundreds of digital workers in production. Launched in early twenty twenty four and with almost 40 releases since, NextGen today offers comprehensive unattended automation capabilities based on the industry leading lupus of enterprise digital worker technologies that enable you to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and drive innovation at scale. We have been continuously improving NextGen since its conception with several key enhancements that our customers can immediately leverage. Earlier this year, we have made NextGen available with data centers hosted in The United Kingdom here in London and in The EU, Frankfurt, Germany. We are committed to bring more flexibility in the ways we serve you natively on the platform and via powered by NextGen services. As part of that, we have plans to start hosting the next gen digital workers on your behalf in the first half of next year, eliminating the need for you to spin up and maintain infrastructure for your virtual workforce. This means you can focus your effort on growing your automation program with our easily scalable pro platform. Building on our commitment for more flexible deployment models, we are making NextGen available for you to deploy in your cloud wherever you are in the in the second half of next year. We do this by containerizing this intelligent automation platform for fast deployment and easier management at scale. Now let's talk about the enhancements we are planning for different applications on NextGen, starting with Design Studio. The NextGen Design Studio is our interface for automation design and debugging within the within the NextGen platform and is one of the two components that customers continue to deploy on premises today. Based on the Bluprism Enterprise Design Studio, our next gen designs interface are familiar to all the users who have built automations in our products before, allowing for, the reuse of existing knowledge and best practices, to make the transition to designing processes in next gen as easy as possible. Over the past year, Design Studio has been incrementally updated to expand the scope of automations that customers can develop and tap into data that exist in process repository to understand where processes and objects are in use in next gen as well as the relationships between automation assets and the environments in which they are deployed. In June, we'll continue to extend the scope of automations that customers can build, enabling Citrix desktop automation capabilities in the NextGen Design Studio. Using either the design studio or digital worker installer, users will be able to deploy our lightweight agents, which will communicate with Blue Prism into their Citrix environment to allow application modeling and automation execution to take place. Using this feature, automation, automations executed in Citrix have access to full range of spy modes provided in NextGen, allowing applications running in Citrix to be automated as they were running locally on the same machine as the digital worker, removing the reliance on UI based automation techniques, which can be brittle and time consuming to maintain. The next gen automation studio is a new addition to the next gen product set. This new component introduces a new web based design canvas, which will evolve over time to replace the current desktop installed next gen Design Studio. Automation Studio reimagines our existing design interfaces and will improve on the experience of developers at all levels from citizen to professional by modernizing the automation design interface, simplifying navigation, embedding comprehensive health documentation, and allowing for more collaborative design review resulting in a reduced time to develop automations. Automation Studio will also deliver a whole range of accessibility improvements including dark mode, making the design studio easier to use for everyone. The 2025, we will see the first release of Automation Studio to our next gen customers. This initial release will be focused on automation review, allowing users to open and peer review process and object designs and add comments to the design canvas for the attention of other users where the changes need to be made. From the outset, Automation Studio will look to make improvements to our design interfaces, removing all the pop up model windows in favor of property panels that open alongside the canvas, which will allow users to remain focused on the current design. The new interface will also be entirely navigable using keyboard commands and compatible with screen readers as well as offering users the option of using interface in dark mode from the point of release. As with our next gen interfaces, we will be continually iterating and improving on the on the automation studio. In the 2026, we plan to introduce a new capability that will allow users to initiate debugging of automation designs from within browser based interfaces. Unlike our current design interfaces where debugging is only possible locally, users will be able to target any available digital worker for the purpose of debugging, including those which are not locally installed. We expect that when combined with enhanced permission controls, this will revolutionize the work of developers troubleshooting problematic automations in sensitive environments. Traditionally, developers are not allowed to access production environments directly. But with remote debugging, users can be granted permission to simulate the execution of an automation on a digital worker located in a production environment with complete confidence that they can't interact with the running automation and only observe it. Now we turn over to control center in NextGen. The vision for our digital worker orchestration capabilities is for the operators to be able to coordinate work and digital workers with zero effort. In turn, just as intelligent automation frees up people to focus on higher value, we will free up people to build and optimize automations rather than just monitor and manage them. We're doing this by delivering a solution that leverages event based orchestration so that processes run when they are needed by the most appropriate worker, and over time, this will incorporate business value drivers such as SLA, priority, return on investment, and so on. The key benefits you can take with Control Center today are autonomous triggers that can start automations when they when there is work to do, dynamic digital worker allocation, increasing your digital worker utilization by preventing clashes and selecting the most appropriate worker, for you to execute your automations with, and the operational APIs unlocking innovation and integration seamlessly with your wider enterprise IT infrastructure. And, traditionally, upgrading to the new version of software often forces a big bang release, requiring all components, integrations, and users to switch over simultaneously. This creates friction, delays to adoption, and increase the risk during the deployment. With NextGen, we've solved the upgrade challenge by allowing multiple digital worker versions to live concurrently, which unlocks a more flexible, safe, and user friendly upgrade path. The digital worker orchestration works on an event based triggering system. In addition to schedules, the inclusion of customizable calendars allows you to define both working days and non working days so that digital workforce is responsive to your organizational needs. You can define and use multiple calendars in parallel with automation flows. This is a flexible system that supports region specific holidays, maintenance windows, and regulatory dates, control test environments, and off peak execution. Building on from dynamic digital worker allocation, customizable capability grouping is a powerful feature that allows you to assign specific tasks to the most suitable digital workers, ensuring greater flexibility and precision when defining your orchestration parameters. By tailoring these groups to your unique needs, you can optimize your automation flows, boosting overall productivity. We understand the existing challenges our customers face and how we imagine how this capability will work. Each digital worker can sit in zero, one, or many groups, aligning perfectly with your organizational goals. The new process training enables your selected digital workers to log in the execution machine securely with our login agents before executing the process automation. Swarming allows multiple workers to execute a single automation in parallel when the need arises, so experience a new level of efficiency and control with our customizable capability groups. Another step towards the goal of autonomous automations is our automated monitoring solution that can detect when there is an incident and surfaces that so operators have all the information they need to enable a faster response and quicker workforce reallocation to minimize any disruptions. Moving beyond incident detection, imagine a world where digital workers manage themselves, empowering teams to focus on high value, work instead of constant supervision. Extending the automated monitoring solution to detect and automatically resolve issues like system hangs and process delays in real time, minimizing disruptions without having a need for a babysitter. By leveraging intelligent automation, we ensure your digital workforce operates smoothly, adapting to challenges, autonomously, unlock the true potential of automation with a system that works as seamlessly as your team. By continuing to extend the published APIs to integrate with the next gen platform, we are providing an opportunity for enterprises to redefine how they, how they manage their digital workforce. By integrating next gen into your existing IT infrastructure, you can streamline operations, boost efficiency, and elevate business outcomes. In addition to programmatically orchestrating work, we're surfacing the operational data, which allows you to plug into your favorite reporting tool of choice, and as customers scale up, we'll provide a programmatic way to set up and manage hundreds of digital workers. We'll continue to extend, out the API actions with the with an overarching principle that everything you can achieve through the user interface will be available through the published APIs too. When it comes to building fast, secure, and resilient automations, best practice says to base those automations based on application programming interfaces or APIs when systems have made these APIs available. Historically, Blufism has provided outbound API capability via SOAP and RESTful web services. Today, we're introducing integrate dot API, a powerful new powered by next gen service, initially coming to market as an early access prototype release in June 2025. Integrate dot API will empower our clients to build API based automations 10 times easier and faster, while greatly expanding the available scope of those automations. Integrate. API is a new type of integration stage for use in your processes and objects inside of Design Studio. Regardless of the API protocol or schema structure, integrate dot API presents the data in any system as a simple hierarchy of fields available to take action on. The stage editor UI will include other productivity boosting features for your developers, including the ability to read documentation about a particular field or an operation directly in the application, AI powered search to traverse complex API schemas to find the fields you need with ease, and a dedicated test feature for design time testing and debugging your API calls. Additionally, NextGen will provide a centralized control plane for administration of secure API connectors used throughout your business. The early access prototype will include the new stage editor UI, which will enable building, testing, and downloading integrations as a VBO for use in Design Studio. We will be making a handful of these connectors available for early access participants to use, and early access customers can leverage on the new connectors management interface to configure with their businesses relevant authentication and base URL information. The early access prototype will be available to a select group of BPE and next gen customers as a means to trial out the solution, provide feedback, and ultimately help us improve the product prior to launching a generally available version. By blending the speed of automation with expertise of human judgment, human in the loop on NextGen will manage complex decisions, exceptions, and customer interactions more effectively. This ensures accuracy, compliance, and a seamless mix of digital workers and human skills, enhancing your overall business performance. Our system combines human insights with AI driven processes to improve decision making and operational efficiency. We ensure that critical decisions are backed by human oversight addressing the limitations of fully automated systems. Our commitment to security and human involvement creates a trustworthy environment empowering stakeholders to confidently use AI technologies. In the last quarter of this year, we're focused on introducing our first iteration of human in the loop in next gen, enabling you and your teams to leverage basic forms to initiate fire and forget use cases. As time goes by, we will be widening the scope of these use cases and iteratively bring new value in this space. We understand the immense need for human involvement, especially with the emergence of probabilistic and nondeterministic means of executing work. This includes the ability to pass work from digital workers and humans in real time. We are on a mission to revolutionize the way you interact with our platform and products with an intuitive and integrated user experience. Part of this effort, we are thrilled to announce a new addition to the family, and that is called Blue Prism Assistant, an intelligent chat assistant that simplifies your journey in achieving your outcomes. This AI powered assistant targeted for a June 2025 release will be seamlessly available across our NextGen platform and as an app within Microsoft Teams, allowing you to get the help you need without disrupting your workforce. Think of it as an expert of Blue Prism products, available anytime to understand and answer your inquiries, guide you in your automation journey, and simply use natural language to query specific product features, describe a problem to find relevant guidance on, how you need to solve for, and we will be releasing more and more exciting features as time goes by. It can also help find the relevant assets from digital exchange to fast track building automations and reduce the effort to build it yourself. With this assistance, you don't need to search through vast documentation or navigate multiple links to find the right information. You can use the intuitive chat interface to describe your query or the outcome that you're looking for, and the assistant will provide you with the relevant answers from our product documentation. When building automations, you may find yourself browsing for the vast collection of assets that we have on digital exchange, and you might find it difficult to locate the suitable ones that match your requirements. This journey is simplified by using the system to quickly find the most relevant assets, helping you save time and drive efficiency. Whether it is a product feature or a DX asset, you can find or consume the information you're looking for without switching away from the NextGen platform or simply having a chat open in Microsoft Teams. What we're launching in June is just the beginning. Our vision is to continuously enhance this, the assistant's intelligence and capabilities, making it a dispensable tool for productivity, efficiency, and innovation. Here's a sneak peek into the exciting feature additions planned for the assistant. If you need test data but don't need to create it manually, you'll be able to simply provide a small sample, and the assistant will generate realistic test data, helping you streamline the development and validation of your automations. With the customer support agent, you'll get instant guidance for common issues helping you resolve problems quickly without needing to log a support ticket. You will be able to also have access to relevant learning materials to further strengthen your understanding of our product features and leverage expertise from Bluford's and community to help figure out the tricky implementations. We're streamlining the conversational journey later in the year where the assistant will be able to, choose the right agent to direct your queries to. In 2026, our focus will be on embedding the conversational experience alongside our key components like Control Center and Automation Studio to enable you to make sense of your operational data as well as helping you speed up your automations. We can't wait for you to start using the assistant and help us discover new use cases that we can incorporate into this space. We saved the best for last, and I'm really excited to talk to you about Project Havas. When it comes to adoption of AI capabilities in automation workflows, its existing solutions lack centralized control, observability, and risk mitigation, creating a potential security compliance and cost challenge. Having encountered these challenges within SS and C internal needs, we've built our own AI platform that unlocks the ability to use AI in a highly governed and auditable way. SS and C is beginning to reap the benefits of AI in a growing number of use cases across several internal business units, and we are now super excited to bring this capability to the market as part of project Tarbos, which is a governance first safe AI platform to be available in q two twenty twenty five. Tarbos provides secure, compliant, and scalable access to advanced large language models, transforming how organizations develop and deploy AI solutions globally. It enables clients to use generative AI tools safely with centralized governance, guardrails, and forward visibility. And to make it easier to utilize the platform, we will be publishing a Tarbos connector asset on the digital xGen so you can start building your AI powered workflows quickly and securely. In the first release, you will have access to a private inference platform with robust security and data loss prevention, allowing the platform to confidently handle the most sensitive and regulated data. Our AI governance and large language model guardrails will include prompt injection detection and detect malicious input and prevent misuse, as well as the ability to detect and redact sensitive data from LLM request and response. Additionally, you will have the ability to utilize retrieval augmented generation or RAG, which uses techniques like chunking, classification, and redaction, which feed into thorough editing and explainability measures. This also ensures that the AI output are accurate, reliable, and relevant. By leveraging internal infrastructure, Tarbox can deliver cost efficient AI access to advanced large language models. When you incorporate this solution in your Blue Prism automations, data is passed into the SS and CC, TAVOS API gateway. There are auditing and guardrails that are applied both before and after AI models come into play, ensuring data protection, compliance, and high quality outcomes at each step. We plan to enhance the platform with features like hallucination detection, additional redaction options, and more powerful guardrails. We will also bring this capability to you through deployment availability on prem and through hyperscalers later in this year. Building on top of our Tarbos platform, we're thrilled to introduce email AI, a solution designed to revolutionize the way you manage emails. We know that email overload is a major challenge with teams spending countless hours sorting, classifying, and responding to messages. That's why we built Email AI, to bring the intelligence, efficiency, and automation to your inbox available in q three twenty twenty five. With email AI, you can instantly classify incoming emails, extract key insights, and ensure every message is routed to the right place. Free up valuable time by letting AI handle repetitive email tasks so you can focus on what truly matters. Automatically prioritize critical emails with intent detection and flag compliance related messages to reduce risk. You can also keep sensitive information secure by automatically identifying and redacting personally identifiable information or PII. You can connect your Blue Prism automations to trigger actions instantly. I'd like to thank you so much for listening to us so far and for your continuous partnership in shaping our future strategy. We are incredibly excited to see what you will do with these enhancements in the coming weeks and months. So far, we have been focused on our planned road map, but I'm going to introduce Stephen Colquitt, our new head of product engineering, to tell you a little bit more on how we make this strategy a reality moving forward. Over to you, Stephen. Thank you, Omid. Hello, everyone. My name is Steven Colquitt, and I'm the head of engineering for Blue Prism at SS and C. I'm excited to take a few minutes and to talk to you about how we're going to focus our efforts to deliver on the road map that was just presented. As our valued customers and partners, you rely on Blue Prism to drive aspects of your business, and you are the reason we build software. We are listening to you. Every decision we make, every investment in time and resources, and every feature we deliver should positively impact you, making your daily work easier, more efficient, and more valuable. I'm about two and a half months into my new role at SSFC. Previously, I've held software engineering and leadership roles at Alteryx, Symantec, Dell, KACE, and most recently, SolarWinds. What intrigued me about joining SS and C and Blue Prism was the opportunity to work with a powerful intelligent automation technology, one that can have meaningful impact in the lives of our customers daily work, a soft technology that could streamline process, increase productivity and drive business outcomes. But powerful technology alone isn't enough. It must be delivered with purpose, built with security and quality, and aligned to our customer and partner needs. I'm excited about the opportunity to help drive this forward. It's easy to fall into the mindset of thinking that our customers and partners are simply users of our technology, but in reality, you are much more than that. You are central to everything that goes into building great software. This means considering how every release directly impacts you, delivers real measurable value, and solves the problems that matter most. Our approach to customer centricity means listening to you, understanding your business challenges, workflows, automation needs, and then using those insights to deliver meaningful product releases. It's improving the engineering and product management partnership, so we can drive better communication, prioritize the right things to ensure we are building the right things at the right time. It's engineering with a purpose, developing technical solutions that enhance your product experience, improve your daily workflows, and drive business outcomes. It's considering the overall product experience from improving the upgrade process to modernizing user interface, enabling API driven automation and increasing our orchestration capabilities. It's meeting you where you are at and providing the flexibility to meet your deployment needs. We are considering how we deliver features and support across our enterprise, cloud and next gen customers, and is incorporating the secure and responsible use of agentic AI. Our mission is to improve the product experience, reduce pain points, and enable you to achieve business objectives. Bottom line is we're not just adding features, we're creating solutions that deliver real measurable outcomes. With our customers and partners central to building great software, engineering excellence is our foundation. We want to accelerate the delivery of high quality, secure, performant, scalable, and resilient software. This is not just about writing good code, it's about a thoughtful approach to planning and delivering impactful features and business value. We are prioritizing code quality and security. We're continually optimizing internal processes and responsible approach to implementing AI tooling to improve the speed of delivery. Overall, we're taking a pragmatic approach to release planning, processes, tooling, people allocation, and technical investments, allowing us to focus on priorities and do them really well, resulting in tangible value more quickly. The result of focusing on customer centricity and engineering excellence will deliver value in the form of quality, secure and impactful product experiences. And at SS and C, we're not just developing great technology, we're living it through the SS and C Innovation Lab. We are using our own automations and our own orchestrations across a range of business operations to demonstrate their real world impact and compliance readiness. This sets us apart in the market as we're able to take input and learnings from these real world scenarios and use those insights to test, prioritize, and build our roadmaps. This allows us to ensure we are staying relevant to our customers. Omid has spoken to you about our roadmap. We recently went through a planning exercise to define the most impactful value that we want to deliver over the next several releases. This roadmap is a reflection of your feedback, what we have heard from our customers and partners. We are on this journey together. While the output of our efforts is software, the input includes building trust and partnering with you. We're committed to working with you to build software with a purpose. We'd like to thank you once again for tuning into this session. Before we go, I'd like to ask you to spend a minute of your time and give us feedback about this webinar and our roadmap. For any questions that we did not have the time to answer, we will be sure to follow-up privately after this session. Till the next road map show. Goodbye.
