It's a privilege once again to serve as lead judge this year, and I'm delighted to be here with you again today. Now in its seventh year, the annual SS and C Blueprint and Partner Excellence Awards have become the ultimate celebration of the power of partnership. These prestigious awards recognize the remarkable achievements of our trusted and talented partners who, alongside us, are revolutionizing industries through intelligent automation and advancing towards agentic capabilities. Our joint expertise continues to drive digital transformation, helping businesses operate more efficiently, compete more effectively, and innovate in new and exciting ways. Now this year's award season has been very inspiring with an impressive array of entries spanning all regions and partner types. We've witnessed the vast talent within our partner ecosystem. Our regional and global judges have again been impressed by the exceptional quality of your submissions. They face an immense challenge in selecting the best of the best. Today, I'm pleased to be joined by several colleagues who will help announce our finalists and our winners. It's my pleasure to announce that the global winner of the SSEC lucrative portfolio award 2025 is BotTech Automation. Our mutual customer is one of the largest and most innovative financial institutions in Saudi Arabia. Bartech Automation continues to transform their organization, powered by the SS and C blueprint portfolio, significantly increasing adoption year on year. Recently, Bartek Automation has helped transform their fraud operations, customer service, compliance, and card management units, delivering 80 processes spanning numerous legacy systems and reducing handling times by over 70. Not only did this implementation deliver a remarkable return on investment, but it also laid the foundation for long term agility and customer centric innovation within that bank's department, making it the most strategic and impactful deployment of their intelligent automation program today. Congratulations to Bottec Automation for a fantastic submission and for winning the portfolio award for 2025. Our next set of global awards will focus on the impact of SSEC blueprint solution that our partners report to customers in the financial services, health care, and industry segments. Let's start with our client business impact FSI award. This celebrates the partner who has demonstrated the greatest positive impact on an FSI customer's operations. This partner has engaged with them using the SSSC group as a platform to provide truly transformative results. And I'm delighted to announce that the global winner of the client business impact FSI award for 2025 is KPMG. KPMG has worked closely with three Hungarian banks to support their merger into a single unified banking establishment. SS and C Blue Prism has helped support the merger by automating back end processes, ensuring a seamless transition of data from three different banks and providing self-service user experience. In line with the enterprise operating model best practices, the partners ensured that the customers develop their skills to be self sufficient, empowering their intelligent automation capability, which utilizes the latest features of the SS and C Blue Prism portfolio, including decipher, interact, and the most recent API features. This is an excellent example of how visionary leadership, collaborative partnerships, and technological innovation can redefine the possibilities of banking operations. Congratulations KPMG for an impressive submission and for winning the client business impact FSI award for 2025. Moving on to our client business impact health care award. This global award recognized the partner who has demonstrated the greatest positive impact on a private or public health care's customer's operation using the SS and C blue prism platform to provide transformative results. I'm thrilled to announce that the global winner of the client business impact health care award for 2025 is Simply Smart LLC. Simply Smart LLC has enabled our mutual healthcare customer to transition to a new electronic medical record platform. An enterprise wide transformation that required a huge support from the SSSC bloopers and portfolio to ensure that the transition was a success. The use of SSSC bloopers and ensured that the healthcare customer could keep mission critical business operations moving seamlessly during the transition period and supplements the EMR platform in the long term using the capabilities provided by the SSSE groupers and portfolio to reach operational efficiency. This is without the need for hiring new resources or upskilling additional team members. Congratulations to SimpliSmart for a wonderful submission of winning the client business impact health care award for 2025. The final industry focus award for 2025 is the Client Business Impact Industries Award. This category recognized in the partner who has demonstrated the greatest positive impact on a customer's operation within the following industries, telecoms, pharma, manufacturing, energy and utilities, transportation and logistics, public sector, retail, and hospitality. This global winner has engaged with their customer using SSSE blue prism platform to provide truly transformative results. And I'm delighted to announce that the global winner of the Client Business Impact Industries Award in 2025 is IBM. IBM partnered with SSEC Blue Prism to deliver a transformative automation initiative that focused on addressing critical operational challenges in the policing customer service. The most impactful initiative is centered around command and control where the SS and C blueprint portfolio was used to address key pain points in their service, such as improving delays in answering emergency calls, addressing non emergency call abandonment rates, and client occurrence administration. Addressing these pain points improved public satisfaction and had a direct impact on public safety. The policing customer's positive uptake in key KPIs measured for these pain points is a testament to the fantastic work by IBM and customer powered by the SFNC Blue Prism portfolio. Congratulations to IBM for a fantastic submission and for winning the client business impact industry award for 2025. Our next and final global category is the innovation award, which honors the partner who has demonstrated the clearest and most valuable innovative solution, integrating cutting edge technologies and techniques such as artificial intelligence that haven't been used before to deliver a new way of working. And I'm delighted to announce that the global winner of the innovation award for 2025 is Ashland. Ashland continues to work with their customer, a leading health care provider to transform their organization powered by an SS and C Blue Prism agentic workforce. The customer's journey towards agentic automation has been guided by Aspen, who has continually integrated the SS and C Blue Prism portfolio and technical aligned solutions to significantly improve customer experience and operational excellence. To ensure that the organization benefits from the most efficiently scheduled digital workforce, Ashley has introduced c two machine learning orchestration. The SS and C blueprint portfolio is powering the customer's automation program through document automation, which reads handwritten documentation, and is 24% more accurate than leading competitors. Our Chorus product manages complex workflows, and then we have SS and C blueprints and digital workers performing mission critical tasks. The customer has been able to unlock use cases that require natural language processing and large language modules for unstructured documents and create an agentic workforce with an integration with SSSC Blue Prism digital workers and Azure OpenAI. A standout example of our partnership success is the recent large scale deal where we resold business optics on the SS and C Blue Prism digital exchange, expanding our reach beyond the COE into other business groups.
